[vorbis-dev] Higher bitrates

Hi!

I have a question about vorbis at higher bitrates. How does it perform
compared to mp3 at bitrates around 256 kbps or 320 kbps? Is it better than
mp3 at high bitrate? Because that's what I use for archiving my music CDs.
If vorbis will be better than mp3 at 320 kbps, I'll switch to vorbis.

ogglame at www.vorbis.com doesn't have bitrate control or I just can't find
it? So I can't test at higher bitrate myself.

Will any binary be available soon that will be able to encode to vorbis at
higher bitrates (256, 320, or even more)?
