[vorbis-dev] Performance question.

It depends strongly on the system; system performance is only loosely based on 
processor speed.

(I'm typing this on a Pentium MMX 233 that can't play back .ogg or .mp3 
realtime... but the Pentium-II 333 behind me can play both with < 10% 
processor usage.  Why is my 333 almost 10x faster than my 233?  You'd have to 
ask Intel and DEC...)
