Possibly the largest thing to be done is 'internal/external documentation'.
Even the web site is gathering dust because we're driven by programmers and
programmers want to *code* :-)

Also, warning about the current CVS tree: it builds but will not currently 
run.  It's in the middle of a code cleanup and I need to fill bits back into 
residue0.c and floor0.c before streams will come out again.

The library API itself is OK though; the code will make sense if you read it.
