[vorbis-dev] One more build issue...

I forgot to mention in my previous post:

- Patch 5: It seems that AC_PROG_CPP is missing from vorbis/configure.in.
Without it, the test for memory.h fails on Solaris with the error:

checking for memory.h... grep: can't open conftest.out
yes

because $CPP hasn't been defined yet.  For some reason, it works fine on
Linux without AC_PROG_CPP.  <shrug>
