[vorbis-dev] voribs_analysis() question

Ahoy there!

This might look a little off topic, but i have a sound-sample that
sounds a little odd with vorbis (B3) encoding [b2 and some versions of
cvs-branch-beta-3 sounded better to me...)

Ok, i've to admit that mp3 gets the whole thing wrong even at 256 kbps -
but i think that vorbis can do this MUCH better! it's just a little loss
ion dynamics, and until now vorbis doesn`t produce "bubbling" sound with
this  example....
