[vorbis-dev] Book descriptions?

Well, that's legal, as is not providing enough vals for the whole struct (the 
correct behavior is well defined by ANSI), but I could see why a compiler 
would warn.  Was this in all the files, or just some?  I want to know if it's 
complaining about too few initializers (missing pigeonhole hint NULL), or just 
a trailing comma.
