A vorbisfile.a implementation with the entire convenience API crystallized and
coded is now in CVS.  The vast majority of the code is untested, however the
API is not going to change past this point unless I get feedback that convinces
me otherwise.  Thus, the API and comments in the code are of primary interest
until I get unit testing going tomorrow.

vorbisfile.a is a convenience library, aiming to implement and encapsulate most
of the anticipated high-level uses of libvorbis.  It implements automatic
information retrieval, random access and streaming decoding of simple and
chained OggVorbis streams.  It also serves as extensively commented example
code for the use of libvorbis.a.
