[Video at Xiph] Polish translation of "Digital Show & Tell"

Hey, I want to bump the case of the Polish subtitles for "Digital Show and
Tell", because it looks like it's stalled.
I'm also sending this to video at xiph.org (I didn't get any response from it
before).
Plus I'm sending my work again so the video at xiph.org gets it too.
