[Tremor] Unpacked codebook Size

Hi,

Sorry if it sounds silly, but iam in doubt:

How can i have unpacked code-book size from
ogg-stream? Can it be calculated from
codebook_dimensions and codebook_entries if not any
approximations?

I have to set the initial heap size for
codec_setup_info in Tremor.
