[Tremor] Optimizing on S3C2410

I run Tremor on S3C2410 and it takes about 140MIPS to decode a 128kbps 
stereo stream. Is it reasonable?

Can I achieve with a lower MIPS? If yes, would anybody give me some pointers 
where I can do optimization?
