I'd quite like to see an official release, it gives a known stable point.

About 2 years ago I had to take a snapshot of the tremor code, so that I could package it up for NetBSD's pkgsrc. Mainly so I could play ogg files on some of my Arm based hardware. I ended up taking the daily snapshot tar, renaming it and storing it on netbsd.org servers. I even did mods to ogg123 to make it use tremor (and renamed it igg123 for integer ogg decoder :)

Actually what has happened to the daily snapshot tar? Do we now have to check tremor out of svn?

Thanks,
Chris
