The 'releases' directory in svn is only for official releases. Tremor
has never had an official release, mostly because it wouldn't really
serve any useful purpose - tremor is (and always has been) primarily
intended as a base for people to use, not a directly useful library
for end users (because most people want to change it to run faster on
a specific platform, etc.).
