[Tremor] Minimum Hardware requirement for Tremor

I'm new to Tremor and a little bit confuse from all the info.
 
What are the minimum requirement for running Tremor decoder on embedded application and what is the best hardware for the job?
 
Is there a reference design for Tremor?
