[Tremor] PC lost in Tremor

Dear all,
 
Can anybody teach me how to measure the RAM used while Tremor running?
 
I am porting the Tremor to my ARM7 portable devce. Using ADS as the development suit.
I trace the Tremor and find that the PC will always lose when implementing the _get_data routine. 
I wonder whether it is because of the memory overflow?
So I really need a way to measure the used RAM size.
