hello,
     I want to porting ogg DECODER to others option system(as:ARM9 CPU). I have to find out which of is most suitable for our application(in term of quality, compression ratio, CPU resource requirement, etc.)
can you help me?

     1. what run speed of CPU at least?
     2. How many memory when use ogg decoder?
