[tremor] Tremor ported to WinCE for Aireo support?

PocketMVP already supports vorbis on on most PocketPCs WInCE boxes.
PocketMVP uses a winceport of tremor.  I'm not sure what the Aero is,but if
you would like to contact me I'm sure we can get PocketMVP working on your
device assuming it doesn't already.
