[tremor] [PATCH] 12% global performance gain on a StrongARM

Very nice, it's faster on my ARM7 (CL7212, 74Mhz).

Using "time ivorbisfile_example < file.ogg > /dev/null" on a file with
256k average bitrate, the cvs code gives:
real	3m7.231s                                                                user	3m2.940s                                                               sys     0m1.320s      

This patch gives:
real	2m55.637s
user	2m52.470s
sys     0m1.110s

The file is 3m14s.
