[tremor] qsort comparison function fails on some embedded platforms

The comparison function supplied to qsort() in sharedbook.c, sort32a(),
does not properly comply with the man page spec for qsort, causing it to
fail on some embedded platforms. The problem occurs when what a and b
point to are equal, the function returns -1 instead of zero.
