Now you're being terribly pedantic, after working with different
compilers for many years I think I know that especially when most of the
time int and long are the same.

I have no idea how to patch, and you would accept me changing long to
int anyway :).. I guess I could make it ogg_int32_t.  do you take .zip
instead? :)
