[tremor] Tremor speed and msvc

are you comparing against MP3 with the same bitrate.  PocketDivx Also uses
MAD MP3 for mp3 decoding and MAD far outperforms TREMOR at the same bitrate.
If so what settings did you use to compile the TREMOR code?
