[tremor] Tremor speed and msvc

Im quite impressed so far, I got it working on ipaq (arm 206mhz) with
eVC and it is decoding faster than mad mp3!
It is using about 15% cpu time (decoding mp3 with MAD takes about 19%
cpu).  
I assume this will drop a fair bit with the inclusion of asm_arm.h but
it is incompatible with evc.. Anyone got this to work outlining it and
using armasm.exe ?
