[theora] NHW Image codec - improvement of precision

Hello,

Just a very quick message, I have improved the -h2 and -h3 quality settings
(with residual coding on the 512x256 wavelet image).The higher quality
settings are now better (more precision, less noisy, better PSNR,...).Any
comment? - http://nhwcodec.blogspot.com .-
