[theora] DRM for Theora over RTP

I understand that you don't like DRM but I didn't asked the fundamental 
question if DRM is good or bad. I would also like to live in a fictional 
DRM free and 100% open source world.

I don't want to protect my own content. It's for live streaming content 
that I only get if I can provide security. It's unfortunately simple 
like that.
