In Firefox, right click on the page, choose 'Page Info'. Click on the
'Media' tab of the window that appears. The URL of the playing video
can be seen there and copied to another tab. From there you could save
it.

The usual Right Click/Save As for the video doesn't work as YouTube
put a transparent block over the video to intercept the right click.
This has the bad effect of also preventing the 'Full Screen' option in
our right click menu which gives higher performance playback in some
cases (using hardware accelerated functions on the video card if
possible).
