[theora] Bad results, encoding keynote presentation videos

this was a bug in vlc not handling empty frames, those are used if
nothing changes compared to the previous frame, only theora 1.1 started
to make use of that feature. this should have been fixed in VLC by now.
if it still exists, please file a bug with vlc and provide a sample.
