[theora] Theora player for Nokia Series 60

I've now uploaded a version for ARM9 based phones (older ones such as the 
E60 and E61, and also some not so old ones like the N96).

Most of these phones don't have as much CPU power, so they may need videos 
encoded at a smaller size. With that in mind I've uploaded another version 
of Big Buck Bunny:
