Sorry, this is the correct line:

mencoder -oac copy -ovc copy -of mpeg -mpegopts format=dvd:tsaf
- -o OUTPUT_FILE.MPG dvd://DVD_TRACK

The -aid X parameter allows to choose the audio track desired. To list
them, just do

mencoder --identify dvd://DVD_TRACK |grep ID

which should show all the info about the file (video and audio ids and
more).
