ok, sounds like a great idea. What do you envisage?

 * a new wiki
 * part of an existing wiki (eg. for firefox users?)

Technically it should at least explain how to make Ogg Theora content,
how to manage it (edit, upload etc.) and how to serve it.

What other aspects should it cover?
