[theora] Bug fixed, Cortado is usable again

Thanks to Tim Starling the bug
(https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13071) I complaint
about is now fixed in the wikimedia-svn. If you plan to use Cortado,
you should use that version and not the outdated one from fluendo.
