[theora] Remove the word "Alpha" from anywhere near Theora

Hi,

I second this. I've been using theora and encoding large parts of my
content to it. As a simple desktop user, I can't see what is alpha,
beta or "not completed" about theora.

Are there plans to push for a 1.0 and push for more adoptions?

Greets,
  Bram
