[theora] Re: Extension .v+ogg does work

Well, the main problem with that is that other video codecs may be 
embedded in Ogg, too (e.g. Dirac). People don't seem to be interested 
what codec they're using but more what content the file is delivering 
(not "Vorbis + Theora" but "Audio + Video" to choose what player they 
want to associate files with.)
