[Theora] Is there a Theora Roadmap ?

There's no schedule, since no one's been spending a reliable amount of 
time on it. There's a list of things needing doing at 
http://wiki.xiph.org/index.php/Theora:Beta1ToDo which is the closest 
thing we have to a roadmap.

Note that the current alpha release is perfectly stable and useable, 
it's just not feature complete.
