[Theora] Other extension for Ogg Theora then "ogg"

People.... the idea is not to fight Linux vs. Windows war, but to agree on
proper extension for Ogg files that happen to contain video. The question is
not whether we need such an extension, but what is it going to be. The fact
that the extension is going to be used is a simple fact of life. It is going
to be used on Windows, because Windows shell has no other (easy) way to
launch different players for audio vs. video.

That's just like the simple fact that people drive on the left side of the
road in particular countries. :) This fact doesn't make car manufacturers
argue and close their eyes before the fact. They maybe grind their teeth,
but they still produce special versions of cars with steering wheels on the
right side. Because the drivers _need_ that. It is not that the drivers are
stupid, or single minded, or whatever. Just that they are put in such a
situation.

So, until Longhorn starts driving on the right side (what is not going to
come for at least one more year, mind you! and even then, users are not
going to just jump over like crazy - ms software costs money, remember?), we
need a solution. Whoever is uninterested in it doesn't have to participate.
But don't be counter productive, please....

Alen
