[Theora] Theora on Quicktime?

Is there any intention to create a Theora Quicktime component? Are
there many hurdles to cross before that would be possible, or is there
just not much interest in pursuing it? There are a number of open
source Quicktime components that might be helpful, not to mention the
original VP3 quicktime component.
