[Theora] trying to encode from dvd using mplayer

Be careful with applying too heavy denoising `hqdn3d=4:3:6'. I once
encoded a DVD with something like `hqdn3d=4:5:8' and didn't notice
anything when only viewing short sequences for verification. However,
when viewing the whole movie another time, the temporal "tearing"
introduced by the last argument to hqdn3d got more and more annoying...
