[Theora] help - Theora/Vorbis/Ogg, ogmmerge and ffmpeg2theora

AFAIK ogmmerge cannot produce Theora files.  The OGM-encapsulation is
pre-theora and works completely different (something based upon windows
direct-show stuff?).

I'm quite sure that this is currently impossible.  You should create a
video/audio MPEG-Stream which you can in turn feed into ffmpeg2theora.
