[theora-dev] theora 1.0 / pkg-config

According to j (in another message) this naming issue may be solved by
renaming 1.0 to 1.0final.

I was going to cast my vote for it, but then I remembered that before
1.1 there's likely to be a 1.0.1 or similar, and from what I gather
pkg-config would use its logic to assume 1.0.1 is a lower release
version than 1.0final.

If this is not the case, you have my vote to rename it to 1.0final.
