I had problems with the cortado player, and I remember people with the same problem. For Firefox this issue might be solved with the native support of theora, but other browsers will need cortado (as an easy way to display videos).

Problem is, that cortado is not maintained any more, is it? I saw a branch on wikimedia, but are they dealing with the skeleton?
