[theora-dev] Compile Theora on windows

Because i'm just curious to know how compile it and use it! Ogg compiled so
the problem is other! 
Well I resolved the problem in fact that was just a problem with my
pkg-config. thx

Why don't you just use oggcodecs from illiminable.com ?
