[Theora-dev] theora-mmx branch merged into trunk

After all the recent cleanup work on the theora-mmx branch, I've merged 
the simd optimizations from there into trunk. Please give this a try and 
make sure it works on your system. After we clean up any build issues 
we'll release this as libtheora-1.0alpha6.

I've removed the now obsolete theora-mmx branch; if you have outstanding 
work against that try 'svn switch http://svn.xiph.org/trunk/theora'. 
That should point your working copy and the new location, at least with 
svn 1.3. With earlier versions you may need to use the more complicated 
--old and --new syntax.

Special thanks to Wim for writing this in the first place, Dan Lenski 
for getting things working on x86_64, and Mike Smith for general 
prodding and grunt work.
