What you did should be fine...

I take you are not distributing those builds they are just for internal 
use... so as long as it's working fine for you, it's all good. Should only 
be about another month or so before i have some time to update all the other 
xiph libraries and include those and other patches into a release.

BTW pullpin.h is part of the directx sdk, that's not my code, so it's odd 
you had to change that... but you probably just missed one of the directx 
sdk path references... anyway, it doesn't matter.
