Ok, repository conversion is complete. Commit away, and don't use CVS 
any more. :)

Public access is through http://svn.xiph.org/

There are some open questions about how to sort all our various modules. 
In playing with the test repository of the past week, I felt we didn't 
strictly fit either the standard trunk/branches/tags top-level model or 
the separate top-level project trees model. So for the moment, icecast 
and theora have project trees, and everything else is in /trunk/<module> 
I expect this will change as we work out what we want.

Note to those with write access: please make sure your umask on mf is 
002. The default /etc/profile sets this, but you may be overriding it 
with a custom profile. Group permissions need to be preserved to 
maintain peaceful co-existence with the public webdav interface.
