[theora-dev] start-time granulepos

I need clarification on what exactly has been decided, or atleast what 
the current consensus is, as far as switching to start times for 
granulepos.

Mike said that this is just for non-Vorbis I, my question is then, does 
this apply to Vorbis I in multi-codec streams, only keeping the old 
rules behind for Vorbis I compliant Ogg streams where multiplexing is 
disallowed?  I ask this because it'd be weird if this applies to the 
Vorbis codec in mixed-codec streams where all the other codecs used 
different rules.

How will this play out in libogg2's ogg_stream_state functions?  Is 
there going to be an API change?  Is there a migration path planned?
