Funny, the same file which makes the new theora_player_example hang
with a green screen, can be played by mplayer, linked against the new library.

Either mplayer hides an mmx-bug, or the mmx changes reveal a bug in the
example player...

I assume there shouldn't be any difference in the decoding speed,
do not observe any change either.
