[theora-dev] VP30

ugh.  I can't recall exactly, but I'm pretty sure there were major changes to the token scheme.  THey're definitely incompatible bitstreams.  The production decoder had a switch -- I guess we took it out when we went open-source.  What DLL plays these files?  Can you re-encode them?
