[theora-dev] building newest theora

did a clean checkout, build, and rough test (win32).  Everything seems OK.  One build problem to note (win32 only):

in splayer.dsp, the files pa_lib.c, pa_win_wmme.c, pastreamio.c, and ringbuffer.c are hard-coded to wherever they were on mau's computer (VC often does this for no known reason).  Just delete them & re-import them from the appropriate folders within the project, and everything works fine.
