Hi Arc,
thanks a lot for pointing out these errors (damned, the mix-up of tarkin
and VP3 slipped in there as well). I have corrected them as follows for
the next submission to IETF:

Ogg Theora multiplexes a Vorbis-encoded audio
bitstream and a VP3-encoded video bitstream in a single
physical Ogg bitstream.

I've deleted this part as it is not relevant to this standard and in
fact introduces a dependency to a different specification which is
better avoided.
