So there was never a separate release?

I've taken the liberty of tagging today's cvs as 'theora1_0_alpha_1'. 
This corrects a couple of minor oops since September 25th, but no code 
changes, so I felt that was a reasonable. We can move it if anybody 
minds or a canonical tarball shows up.
