[theora-dev] VP3/QT: A new kdxlqt_CodecVersion patch

I'll do my best to incorporate all reasonable changes by Aug 1 (but no
promises).

I thought I had found teh kdxlqt_CodecVersion flag -- that's annoying.
Too many copies of the same data floating around.
