[theora-dev] VP3/QT: 3.2.6.1 is OK w/QT6

no problem.  I'm not clear on how to distribute the binaries at xiph; for
now I'll put them up on ftp.vp3.com when they're ready.  I'll try to do
that this week.  Note I have no access to a Mac so this will only be PC
for now.

If I don't get there soon enough, please go ahead & use the 3.6.6.1  build
yourself, preferentially over your patches.
